Experiential leadership programmes for students, parents, educators, teams and individuals. Real challenges show people who they are. Guided reflection turns that into self-belief and a clear way forward.
The students are quick learners and the outdoor programmes by Find Your Way enrich their learning experience. They come back much more confident in their actions.

Our vision
To make experiential education accessible to every student, educator, parent and team, not a privilege for a few.
We have lived this life. What it gave us is ours to pass on, so that everyone can awaken, believe, and find their way.
Our philosophy
Experience first. Reflection always.
Experience before instruction. People learn leadership by living it.
Reflection creates awareness. Guided debriefs reveal strengths and habits.
Awareness inspires action. Insights become everyday commitments.
"Children become what they consistently experience, not what they are repeatedly told."The belief behind every Find Your Way programme
How learning happens
The experiential learning cycle
Based on Kolb's model: every programme moves through four simple steps.
Do
Concrete experience
Take on a real challenge.
Reflect
Reflective observation
Look back at what happened and why.
Think
Abstract conceptualisation
Turn it into a lesson about yourself.
Apply
Active experimentation
Try it out at school, work or home.
Our origin · Team Shershah
We lived it. Now we pass it on.
Find Your Way was born on the adventure racing circuit. As Team Shershah, we have raced for India through the jungles, rivers and mountains of the Philippines and Malaysia: days without sleep, with only a map, a compass and each other.
Out there, we met our true selves. Not at the finish line, but in the moments we wanted to quit and didn't. When a teammate was falling and we carried them. When we were lost, and had to trust our own decision.
Those moments taught us more about character, courage and leadership than any classroom ever had. And we realised how few people ever get to live them.

How we deliver
On-campus
Your school grounds become a classroom for character. Students face real challenges, discover how they think and lead, and carry the lesson back into the same corridors the next day.
Away from screens and routines, nature becomes the teacher. Under open skies, with certified facilitators, students learn to rely on themselves, trust each other and rise to the unfamiliar.
Once-in-a-lifetime journeys that stay with students for life: a summit reached, a certification earned, a new culture understood. Each one ends with reflection, so the experience becomes growth. See all
